Cancellation Policy

Even as a striper guide and professional fisherman there are times that the fish just will not cooperate whether its due to poor weather conditions such as fronts moving in or out or high volumes of traffic in the areas that they feed. ​ As your guide I have taken all this into consideration and feel that if one of these conditions presents itself, then I will be sure to offer you my “fish guarantee”. This guarantee will provide you with another trip at your convenience. The only cost to you would be the price of bait and gas, it’s like getting two trips for the price of one. ​ All trips require a $75 deposit to secure a fishing trip date.  Trips can be canceled one week or more in advance of the trip with no questions asked. You will receive a full refund or you can elect to book a new trip date and apply your deposit to the new trip date. If the fishing trip is canceled due to weather or oddity, Capt. Justin has the right to transfer the deposit to a different date or return the deposit.  ​ If the trip is cancelled within 6 days or less, the deposit will not be returned but you still have the option to apply your deposit to a future trip date.   ​ Trips cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled booking date WILL NOT be refunded!
